240 Monroe is a 20-minute comedic short in the style of Six Feet Under. Paul Mancuso, still distraught over the death of his mother a year earlier, finds his life falling apart because he cannot focus on the living. Then one day he runs into his mother on the street...and it turns out heaven means a nicer apartment. A comedy with a slightly "pushed" style, plus several flashback scenes set in 1983. With Angela Pietropinto (Welcome to the Dollhouse), Christopher Amitrano, and Sherri Parker Lee. 21 costumes were used in the film; a short selection follows. More available on request.
